Pizza with cherry tomatoes and Feta cheese
// for 2 – 3 people
– one pizza foccacia Herta
– a hand full of chopped (in half) cherry tomatoes
– olive oil
– pine nuts
– a few cloves of garlic chopped in to slices
– dried Thyme
– a drop of honey
– a few slices of proscuito di Parma
– Roquette/Rucola lettice
Role out the pizza. Let it rest and turn up the oven to 180 °C grill with hot air circulation.
Put all the ingrediënts on the pizza. Except for the Roquette lettice.
Bake the pizza on the top shelf of the oven for about 20 minutes or golden brown.
Decorate the Roquette and pull over some olive oil.
